Junior gym is perfect for children aged 2-5 years. Classes are held on Tuesday mornings and parents or carers get involved.
Music, games, group activities and large circuits encourage young children to explore what they can do with their body. Classes introduce structure gradually to encourage independence and everyone has lots of fun rolling down mats, hanging and swinging on bars, climbing, jumping and balancing.
It’s lovely in this class to see important skills such as listening, co-operating and taking turns develop naturally.
